Gearing up for Apple’s macOS High Sierra (10.13) release, we’ve conducted a series of tests on our instruments and we’ve found an issue with the Audio Unit plug-ins. All of our instruments are affected by the issue.
Updates for all instruments are available now and are recommanded to all users (with the exception of users running Mac OS X 10.6) as they also contain minor fixes and enhancements. Simply use the custom “All” installer available from your Registered Products page to update all your instruments in one fell swoop.
Note that many elements compose your music system. It’s quite possible that you may have to update your MIDI and audio hardware drivers, host sequencer software, and other plug-ins when upgrading to macOS High Sierra. We recommend that you consult all the manufacturers that compose your music setup for more information about compatibility before upgrading your operating system.
While we were as thorough as possible while conducting our tests, they were done on the initial release of macOS High Sierra and performed on a limited set of configurations. Therefore, the information provided here doesn’t constitute any warranty, expressed, or implied.
Please contact us if you find any anomalies while using our instruments on macOS High Sierra.
