His blend of analog synthesizers, vintage tape machines, digital production techniques, and foley sound design techniques, lead to a signature sound, audible in all his works to date. Richard works for leading software and hardware musical instrument companies like Elektron, Ableton, Splice, Arturia, Native Instruments, Soniccouture, Loopmasters, Toontrack, UVI, and Applied Acoustics Systems, providing sound design, factory pre sets and sample libraries.
As a composer and producer, he works with internationally acclaimed artists, has released music on Hexagon Records, Universal Music, Spinnin’ Records, 49 REC., and Kostbar Musik. Richard has performed at various venues, festivals and spaces throughout Europe and The United States, such as Palais de Tokyo Paris, Berghain Berlin, Roundhouse London, Paradiso Amsterdam, and SIR Studios Los Angeles.
Richard is co-founder of German music library website Feature Music, has been teaching composition and sound design at conservatoires and music academies and co-developed the Experimental Sound curriculum at Deutsche Pop/University of West-London. As of 2020, Richard is also a member of music and sound design agency The Solos.
Hugo Léger
Hugo Léger is a Canadian video game sound designer, bass player and electroacoustician. He’s been experimenting, composing, and performing with modular synthesizers, circuit bent noise machines, and concrete sounds for 20 years since his studies in electroacoustic at Concordia university. For the last 8 years he’s been recording Foley and designing custom SFX for Thief and the Tomb Raider trilogy video games.
Christian Halten
Christian likes to compose music in his studio in Berlin. Looking back he was one of those enthusiastic children of the Lego age. His talent for creation in form and color was complemented by a passion for film and music. A little later, after his studies in film music and sound design he worked with Henning Lohner, Klaus Badelt and Hans Zimmer in Los Angeles, diving into the whole wave, crest and trough of film music. Back in Germany Christian contributed scores to award-winning cinematic movies like "Double Take" and "Highflyers" and also additional music to "Cahier Africain", which was honoured with the Lola "Best Documentary" Award.
Christian Laffitte
Christian Laffitte is a French musician and sound designer based in the South of France. He has been developing sounds for Dream, Arturia, Zoom, Applied Acoustics Systems, M-Audio, and Avid to name a few. He also composed music for Sony video games trailers and for French TV channels and radio stations. As a keyboard player with a great interest in synthesis and new technologies, Christian Laffitte has put all his passion in music and sounds in the creation of Futurbeats: his sound bank creation company.
Niall McCallum
Niall McCallum is the co-founder of ModeAudio—a small but passionately dedicated team of sound designers and music lovers based in the UK, specializing in music loops, samples, and bespoke preset design for some of the world’s best-loved music technology. Niall and his team's credits include a wide selection of drum and percussion samples that comes pre-packaged with FL Studio, and custom sound design for Native Instruments, Bitwig, Intua, and many others.
Adam Pietruszko
Adam Pietruszko is a sound designer and audio engineer from Poland. Even though he specializes in cinematic and avant-garde sound design, his expertise also covers genres ranging from electronica, experimental music, techno, IDM, Synthwave, EDM, and many others. Adam also teaches at the Academy of Sound Engineering and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw, Poland. He provides lectures on sound synthesis, acoustics, electroacoustics, digital audio theory, as well as electronic music and FX production. Visit his website to find out about his latest projects.
Venus Theory
Working out of a remote home studio in rural Central Illinois, Cameron (aka Venus Theory) is a musician, sound designer, content creator, and coffee enthusiast. On his official YouTube channel, he teaches music production and sound design spanning a variety of genres. Cameron predominantly creates ambient music featuring soaring, expansive atmospheres, but also works in many styles as a producer and sound designer spanning from LoFi to Trap to Neurofunk and beyond.
Clifton Develle Cameron
Clifton Develle Cameron is a composer, sound designer, educator, and mixing engineer from Southern California. He began programming synthesizers at the age of 13. Clifton’s current focus is on an arts initiative, consulting agency, and synthesizer manufacturer called Pendulum Distinction. Recently he’s been working with Wolfgang Michalowicz on building the Solar System Modular Synthesizer. He records under the pseudonym Ars. Nova. Strata., which means “new environment.” At the moment, Clifton is mixing his debut Ethereal Academia to be followed by The Mosaic Pattern Noise.
Thiago Pinheiro
Thiago Pinheiro was born and raised among Brazilian musicians of great importance and his talent was revealed at an early age and followed closely. Gifted with perfect pitch, he began composing on the piano at age four, and by the time he was twelve, Thiago had performed alongside major players such as Stevie Wonder, Billy Cobham, Gilberto Gil, and Hermeto Pascoal. Producer and director Thiago Pinheiro is an acclaimed virtuoso and audio technology pioneer, as well as a versatile pianist and keyboard player, whose work ranges all the way from blues and jazz, to house, drum and bass, and other electronic genres. Constantly striking dance floors across Brazil, Europe, Asia, and especially in the United States, Thiago also produces music for Hollywood and the movie industry.
Cipryan Bot
Cipryan Bot is a Romanian music producer who collaborated with labels such as Armada Music, Magic Island, and Solaris Recordings for original tracks and remixes. His main background is electronic and telecommunications engineering but his attraction for music and designing real-like and electronic sounds transformed his hobby into a passion.
