    Applied Acoustics Systems is committed never to send you unsolicited emails. The only occasions when we will send you automatic emails is when they are necessary for the completion of an operation or transaction on our website. These include emails following a purchase, including purchase and billing information, the authorization of a product, licence transfer, and password activation and reset for your user account.

    We do send a newsletter from time to time which includes information about product released, promotions, and maintenance updates. This newsletter is exclusively sent to subscribers on an opt-in basis. There is also an unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter.

  4. Credit Card and Payment Information

    We do not store any credit card information on our server. The information you enter on our website is encrypted and transmitted to our credit card processor using SSL technology. Our server stores information related to the transaction and purchased products but no sensitive payment information.
