Introduction
Objeq Delay 2 combines delays, acoustic resonators, and filters into a creative effect processor. Signals first pass through a versatile multi-topology stereo delay—ideal for rhythmic patterns, modulation effects, and echoes. Then, it's the Objeq module, a physical modeling resonator that includes drumheads, strings, plates, and bars—fantastic for adding acoustic character to the sound. A filter module completes the chain for final tone shaping. Two modulator modules tie it all together, offering LFOs, envelope follower, RMS, and pitch tracking to bring movement and responsiveness to the effect.

Installation and Authorization ⚓︎
Installation and authorization of Objeq Delay 2 is quick and easy. For the installation of our different products we use a so-called custom installer which include both the program itself and your license information. Installation and authorization can therefore be carried out automatically in a single step and from a single file when your computer is online. If you have purchased Objeq Delay 2, you can download the installer from your Registered Products page.
AAS products use a copy protection system based on a proprietary challenge/response key exchange and therefore their authorization does not rely on other third party software and/or hardware.
In order to start the installation process, simply double-click on the installer file that you have downloaded. This will first install the program and then use the license information included in the custom installer file to carry out automatically the challenge/response procedure.
Once the installation is completed, you can check your license information by starting the program and clicking on the Multiphonics logo in the top-left of the interface. This will open a window in which you should see your serial number and the email address which you used in order to get the installer file. Note that your serial number is also sent to you by email when your custom installer is created.
If your computer is offline when running the installer, or if the authorization procedure could not be completed for another reason, the dialog box will not show your serial number and you will be prompted to authorize the program. In that case, click on the Authorize button and follow the on-screen instructions. Note that it is possible to use the program during 15 days before completing the authorization process. After that period, the program will not function unless it is authorized.
Getting Started ⚓︎
Using Objeq Delay 2 as a Plug-in ⚓︎
Objeq Delay 2 integrates seamlessly into the industry’s most popular DAWs as an effect plug-in.
Objeq Delay 2 works as any other plug-in in these environments so we recommend that you refer to your DAW documentation in case you have problems running the plug-in.
The effect plug-in is called Objeq Delay 2. The plug-in can work on stereo, mono, or mono-to-stereo tracks. It has an I/O section on the right of the interface for audio input from the DAW. Make sure to adjust the input volume to around 0 dB for the best experience when you browse the effect library or create new preset.
The plug-in always shows stereo inputs and outputs. If you use it on a mono track, then the same signal will be used for both input channels, and the output will be the sum of the two channels with a level adjustment.
The I/O section has a Balance knob to mix the input signal into the output when using the plug-in as an insert. Set it to fully wet when you use it as a send effect.
