OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) compatibilty

Following the release of Apple's OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), we've conducted a series of tests on our intruments and we're happy to announce that everything works as expected!

However, if you get a warning dialog saying that the installer package can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer, you have two options:

  1. Download an updated installer from the Downloads page. The following installers have been updated: Tassman 4, Lounge Lizard EP-3, Ultra Analog VA-1, String Studio VS-1, Strum Acoustic GS-1, Strum Electric GS-1, Chromaphone, Lounge Lizard Session, Ultra Analog Session, and Strum Acoustic Session;
  2. Right-click (or ctrl-click) on the installer package and choose Open from the popup menu, then click Open again on the warning dialog and continue the installation as usual.

While we were as thorough as possible while conducting our tests, they were done on the initial release of OS X Mountain Lion and performed on a limited set of configurations. Therefore, the information provided here doesn't constitute any warranty, expressed, or implied.

Please contact us if you find any anomalies while using our instruments on OS X Mountain Lion.
